Natural Pool
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
Morning 06:00 AM
Ages 5-75 Max of 10 per group
We will walk along the wild coast of the island, with the final stop being the famous Natural Pool on the north coast of Aruba. You’ll have the opportunity to swim and enjoy the area before the crowded jeep tours arrive. The hike is a total of 3.5 miles round trip.
This bay is one of the most secluded beaches on the island. During nesting season, we may spot leatherback turtle nests, and if it’s hatching season, we might even encounter baby turtles. You will have time to take pictures of the area and the unique offshore rock formation shaped like the island of Aruba.
At this stop, we’ll share the gold history of Aruba and show you the island’s endemic flora and fauna. It’s also a great moment to capture stunning photos of the Atlantic coastline.
Along the north coast, we will point out the largest sea grape plantation on the island.
We will stop at the oldest ranch in Aruba and point out the location where gold was first discovered on the island, along with sharing the history behind Aruba’s gold era.
