Let your teacher lead you through a series of rejuvenating postures as you enjoy a stunning natural setting. Morning and sunset sessions are offered, and private classes can be arranged on request.
Come and meet us at a hidden spot on Eagle Beach which has been ranked #2 in the world. I provide a unique yoga experience with the best yoga studio as a backdrop, the beach with soft white sand, and a view of the ocean. Pure Nature!
Imagine this: you see different shades of blue, feel the soft white sand, feel the trade winds go by, and watch the pelicans and seagulls fly while you practice your yoga poses.
All levels are welcome. I developed my own series, named Fusion Yoga, it is a combination of different styles of yoga in one practice, that suits every level with variations for everyone. Indulge yourself into a Sound Bathing for the last 10 mins. Please see our calendar for the hours and days available for each practice. Other days, times, or different locations may be arranged on request as a private class or depending on the amount of yogis.
One thing that sets this experience apart from the rest is that no yoga studio offers yoga practice on the beach. A small group of participants. Ages from 12 and up are welcome!
