We begin the semi-private tour at the Arikok Information Center.
As we start our walk from the Information Center, you’ll be surrounded by the sounds of Arikok National Park’s vibrant birdlife. Listen for the calls of local species such as the Wara Wara (Caracara), Burrowing Owl (Shoco), and the Green Emerald or Topaz Hummingbird. Your guide will also introduce you to Aruba’s diverse cacti and native plant species.
At one of the park’s highest crossroads, enjoy breathtaking views of both sides of the island. To the south, see the Balashi Brewery and the Caribbean Sea; to the north, spot the windmills near Baby Beach, highlighting Aruba’s rugged terrain.
We pause at one of the highest hills in Arikok National Park, offering spectacular views of Aruba’s northern coastline before descending toward the ocean.
On the way down, we stop at the Hill of the Devil, where your guide shares the legend behind its name. Nearby, observe a unique microclimate that showcases Aruba’s surprising ecological diversity.
Near the ocean, your guide will explain how a special microclimate forms behind the coastal hills. Discover how towering cacti and resilient local trees thrive despite strong trade winds, nourished by ocean spray and wind-driven moisture.
Explore ancient Fofoti trees—silent witnesses to Aruba’s history. Enjoy a refreshing break in the shade with fresh fruit and a drink, just as the Native Arawaks once did. Depending on the group, your guide may invite a quiet moment to connect with nature through rest or brief meditation.
A true highlight of the tour, Conchi Natural Pool is a stunning rock formation shaped by the sea over thousands of years. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing in this secluded paradise.
After visiting the natural pool, we hike back through the hills toward the Information Center.
We return to the Arikok Visitor Center, where you can further explore exhibits highlighting Aruba’s landscapes, wildlife, and cultural heritage.

This is a physically active tour, and good general health is required. Children ages 6 and under cannot participate unless pre-approved by our guide (please call directly). This tour is not wheelchair accessible.

The hike from the Arikok Information Center to Daimari Beach, passing through Arikok National Park and the Natural Pool (Conchi), is considered moderate. However, depending on your fitness level, it may feel more challenging due to the rocky terrain, strong winds, and warm temperatures.
Our experienced guides ensure a comfortable pace for everyone, with frequent stops for rest, photography, and storytelling about Aruba’s history, nature, and culture — making the journey as enjoyable as the destination.
